THE ESTATE

Château Thioulet Entre-Deux-Mers wine

For 5 generations...

since 1842 Château Thioulet Sadirac

Firmly rooted in the middle of 9 hectares of vines on a terroir of 30% gravel and 70% clay in Lorient-Sadirac, in the Entre-deux-Mers region.

First, you are greeted by this charming 17th and 18th-century residence and its outbuildings. Château Thioulet and its vineyard form an estate run by the Servens family since 1842.

It was in October 1993 that one of the sons, Jean-Louis Servens, took over the estate. His wife, Muriel Servens, discovered the world of winemaking with him, but not only that. She fell in love with the profession, which led her to a complete career change. She trained, obtaining a vocational diploma in Viticulture and Oenology, and joined the estate, which she now manages alone, supported by her young son.

Château Thioulet produces red and rosé wines from the different grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with the controlled Bordeaux appellation.

Muriel Servens pays particular attention to respecting the environment by managing the vines in a reasoned way and with a winemaking process that seeks day after day to respect the identity of each wine.
