Firmly rooted in the middle of 9 hectares of vines on a terroir of 30% gravel and 70% clay in Lorient-Sadirac , in the Entre-deux-Mers region.

First, you are greeted by this charming stone house and its outbuildings dating from the 17th and 18th centuries . Château Thioulet and its vineyard form an estate run by the Servens family since 1842.

Château Thioulet produces red and rosé wines from the different grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with the controlled Bordeaux appellation.

The Servens family pays particular attention to respecting the environment by managing the vines in a reasoned way and with a winemaking process that seeks day after day to respect the identity of each wine.

It was in October 1993 that one of the sons, Jean-Louis Servens , took over the business. His wife , Muriel Servens, discovered the vineyard with him, but not only that.

She fell in love with the profession, which led her to a complete career change after working as a dental technician for 15 years.

She trained, obtaining a BP Viticulture Oenology and joined the business, which she now manages alone since the death of her husband, supported by her son who takes care of the digital side.

Today, she wears many hats: vineyard production and management, as well as wine marketing.
