DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All our wines are shipped with the utmost care from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Sadirac, Gironde . Particular attention is paid to the preparation of your packages to guarantee optimal delivery. All our packages feature a tamper-evident seal to protect the integrity of your wines.
Deliveries are made only in Metropolitan France.

Deliveries tracked by our services
All shipped orders are rigorously tracked by our team. In the event of any unforeseen delays, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone and you can freely modify or cancel your order. The contents of each package are systematically checked before shipment to ensure your order is exactly as described. The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the customer when placing their order, according to the selected shipping method.
Adapted transport
All our wines are delivered in packaging suitable for transport. In the event of extreme heat or cold, we may need to postpone shipments to preserve the quality of our wines. In this case, we will inform you of the resulting delay in your delivery.
In case of a problem with delivery
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. If the customer is not home at the address provided, the delivery driver will normally leave a delivery notice in the mailbox. The customer can then arrange a new delivery appointment.
Upon receiving your order, if the packaging appears damaged, you must note this on the delivery slip. In the case of clearly broken bottles, you must refuse the affected box and request that it be returned to the sender.
In the latter case, you must contact our customer service department, by email or telephone, within a maximum of 3 working days so that we can proceed with a new shipment or a refund.
